1. Scope

These Terms govern purchases from White Bear via white-bear.eu, operated by MSY Invest. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products & Orders

All products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are in EUR, exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is due upon order confirmation unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Accepted methods:

• Bank transfer

• Credit card

• Business invoicing (upon approval)

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across Europe and globally. Delivery timelines vary by location. MSY Invest is not responsible for customs duties or import taxes outside the EU.

5. Returns & Claims

• B2B purchases are final unless defective.

• Claims for damage or defects must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt.

• Products must be unused and in original packaging.

6. Warranty

We guarantee that products conform to specifications upon delivery. For OEM/customized products, clients are responsible for final artwork and approval.

7. Limitation of Liability

MSY Invest shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the order value.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. The competent court shall be in Antwerp.
