These Terms govern purchases from White Bear via white-bear.eu<\/a>, operated by MSY Invest. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.<\/p>

2. Products & Orders<\/h3>

All products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders.<\/p>

3. Prices & Payment<\/h3>

All prices are in EUR, exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is due upon order confirmation unless agreed otherwise in writing.<\/p>

  • Bank transfer<\/p><\/li>

  • Credit card<\/p><\/li>

  • Business invoicing (upon approval)<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    4. Shipping & Delivery<\/h3>

    We ship across Europe and globally. Delivery timelines vary by location. MSY Invest is not responsible for customs duties or import taxes outside the EU.<\/p>

    5. Returns & Claims<\/h3>

    • B2B purchases are final unless defective.<\/p><\/li>

    • Claims for damage or defects must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

    • Products must be unused and in original packaging.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      6. Warranty<\/h3>

      We guarantee that products conform to specifications upon delivery. For OEM\/customized products, clients are responsible for final artwork and approval.<\/p>

      7. Limitation of Liability<\/h3>

      MSY Invest shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the order value.<\/p>

      8. Governing Law<\/h3>
